Ambrosia QSR in Portland, OR is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. You will lead staff, enforce food safety, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires open availability, strong accountability, and leadership. You will manage scheduling, training, compliance, and partnerships with District Manager, Operations, and support centers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check including criminal history.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development for management and staff.
• Recruit, train and develop restaurant teams to meet goals.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings and communicate changes.
• Enforce policies and maintain employee records.
• Report incidents to District Manager and resolve promptly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment.
