Job summary

Ambrosia QSR in Vancouver, WA is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, guest service, and profitability. This full-time role requires open availability, strong accountability, leadership, and the ability to mentor the team while ensuring food safety, quality control, and policy adherence.

The GM will lead the team during peak hours, set clear goals and timelines, and drive performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate.
• Prior experience with a POS System.
• 2 years of hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and development opportunities for the management team and staff.
• Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management and staff, following training plans and company systems.
• Schedule regular team and manager meetings to communicate effectively and ensure staff are informed of changes.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance with laws, maintain accurate employee records and submit them on time.
• Report any policy violations to the district manager and resolve issues promptly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free of harassment or discrimination.
