Taco Bell - 29423 - Winters is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant in accordance with company standards. You will lead team members, control costs, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive sales growth while maintaining the store’s image and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (university degree preferred), at least 2 years of supervisory experience, Serv Safe certification, and open availability for a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serv Safe Certification required.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Requires open availability.

Responsabilidades

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Lead meetings to plan, train, and review procedures.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze profits and losses, and manage inventory.
• Prepare labor schedules and adjust to volume changes.
• Manage cash handling and deposits; follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure health and safety, cleanliness and image standards.
• Hire and promote staff; maintain personnel files.
• Perform administrative tasks and attend scheduled meetings.
