Taco Bell in Fairfield, CA seeks a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant according to the company’s procedures. You will be responsible for cost control, customer service, employee development and maintaining a strong restaurant image.

Responsibilities include labor scheduling, cash handling, training, performance reviews and ensuring health and safety standards. Prefer a university degree and Serv Safe certification with 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front counter to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead meetings to plan and review operations.
• Develop sales and manage local store marketing.
• Monitor costs and inventory; analyze P&L and take corrective actions.
• Prepare labor schedules and manage staffing.
• Handle banking deposits and cash controls.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and restaurant image.
• Maintain payroll records and employee files.
• Manage maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Attend district meetings and complete administrative tasks.
