Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of an entire Taco Bell location in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, set schedules, and uphold hospitality standards to ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, proven people development, and the ability to manage budgets and drive results in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the full-service restaurant and build a strong, guest-focused team.
• Find, hire, and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Schedule and deploy the team; manage performance and guest issues.
• Oversee restaurant budget and financial plans; monitor KPIs and costs.
