Taco Bell Vacaville Leisure Town is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will manage cost controls, staffing, training, and compliance with brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, experience supervising teams, and a discipline in food safety and P&L awareness, with open availability and a focus on developing employees and delivering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service. Trains and coaches employees to be courteous and handle complaints.
• Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and policy review.
• Develops and maintains sales; utilizes local store marketing.
• Monitors utilities, supplies, and cost categories; analyzes P&L; takes corrective action.
• Develops and posts labor schedules; adjusts for sales volume.
• Manages restaurant cash control and daily deposits; follows cash handling procedures.
• Ensures safety and health standards; maintains image and cleanliness.
• Keeps Area Coach informed on hiring, promotions, and payroll; maintains personnel files.
• Utilizes preventive maintenance; coordinates with maintenance as needed.
• Attends District Manager meetings to plan and review procedures.
• Performs all required administrative paperwork.
