Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will manage inventory, quality, and safety while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, and compliance with health codes, training staff, and promoting the brand through local community events. A strong leadership background and focus on hospitality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with focus on coaching and excellence.
• Knowledge of all financial aspects of business operations, including P&L responsibilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
