You will oversee inventory, quality, and safety, ensure compliance with health codes, and champion hospitality as the core value of our guest experience.

We seek a proven leader with 3+ years in GM, strong financial acumen, and a passion for coaching and developing people. Flexible hours and a focus on community engagement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership with a focus on coaching and excellence.
• Experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to train others and drive hospitality standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
