You will manage inventory, quality, safety, and budgeting to drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards.

This role requires at least 3 years of GM experience in a fast-paced environment, strong knowledge of health codes, and the ability to train others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
