Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in the United States is seeking a results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead operations and guest service. You will coach and develop team members, manage P&L, and drive profitability while upholding Shake Shack’s hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, quality and safety protocols, scheduling and payroll, and promoting the brand through local events and community engagement. A strong leader with a passion for people is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations.”
