You will recruit, train and coach a high-energy team, optimize labor and inventory, ensure food quality and safety, and maintain a vibrant, welcoming restaurant culture. This hands-on leadership role requires a 50-hour workweek and strong communication and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
