Job summary

The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant in support of the Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise while role modeling CKE’s Core Values.

The RGM ensures compliance with company standards in all areas of operations including product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to support brand vision and values.
• Lead, train, coach and develop restaurant team to achieve targets.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and customer service standards.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory and controllables; take corrective action.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and policy compliance.
• Schedule management across all day parts; maintain open communication.
