Hardee's in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct the daily operations of the restaurant, upholding Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise while role modeling CKE’s Core Values. You will coach top talent to achieve strong results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.

The RGM ensures service excellence, food safety, scheduling, and financial accountability, and travels between company locations as needed to support operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license to travel between locations.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations of the restaurant to align with Brand Vision, Mission, and Promise.
• Coach and develop top talent to achieve results in People, Customer, Sales, and Profit.
• Ensure food safety standards and audit compliance through training and oversight.
• Oversee customer service, product preparation, and facility maintenance consistent with company standards.
• Travel between company locations to support operations and attend meetings as needed.
• Partner with Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues and compliance across regulations.
