SONIC Drive-In in the United States (Mesa, AZ) is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and staff, ensuring safe, fast, and friendly service. You will train crew, manage schedules, monitor inventory and payroll, and develop action plans to improve sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of restaurant management experience, and flexibility for irregular hours, with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies in business, restaurant management or related fields preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred) with shift supervision experience.
• Willingness to work a minimum 5 day workweek with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic accounting and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Manages, trains, monitors and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Open and close restaurant operations as required.
• Prepare staff schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Maintain employment records and payroll documentation.
• Foster a customer-first attitude and resolve guest requests promptly.
