Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies in business/restaurant management preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work a minimum 5 days per week with irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and local health/sanitation regulations.
• Leadership and supervisory skills; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns employees to ensure all aspects of food service meet standards.
• Monitors compliance with employee handbook and policies.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares employee work schedules and adjusts staffing.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains payroll and employment records.
• Resolves guest requests and reports complaints to supervision.
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develops and implements marketing plans.
• Prepares operational reports and creates action plans to address trends.
