Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Kayenta, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, guide a team of crew and carhops, and ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and safe, efficient food preparation.

You will train staff, manage schedules, monitor inventory, handle payroll records, and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability while upholding Sonic's standards and brand.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience, QSR preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher studies preferred.
• Willing to work 5 days including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and coach crew and carhops.
• Direct staff to meet service standards.
• Open and close restaurant operations.
• Prepare and adjust staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory and place supply orders.
• Maintain payroll and employment records.
• Foster superior customer service.
• Resolve guest requests and handle complaints.
• Interview and hire staff.
• Develop action plans for sales/financial trends.
• Create and implement a marketing plan.
