Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to lead and develop teams and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, and coaches crew, carhops, and staff to meet service standards.
• Directs operations and staffing, ensuring safety, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintains inventory, orders supplies, and handles payroll records.
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develops and implements action plans to address sales or financial trends.
