Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be EPL Assistant Manager or have the equivalent of 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Serve Safe Certification must be obtained at hire or upon eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches restaurant management team to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversees opening/closing procedures, setup, prep, and cleanliness.
• Manages scheduling and labor deployment to meet sales targets.
• Monitors food production and cost, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, and EPL policies.
