Qualifications

• Must obtain Serve Safe Certification and pass EPL Food Safety Audit upon hire.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit, build and develop a team; strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Customer service orientation with ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; willingness to train across locations.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manages, coaches, and recognizes team member performance to drive efficient restaurant operations.
• Oversees opening and closing procedures, restaurant setup, food preparation, and cleaning processes.
• Optimizes labor and scheduling based on sales volume and labor models to maintain productivity.
• Ensures proper coverage of all restaurant workstations and provides backup support as needed.
• Monitors food production to meet business needs and maintain cost standards.
• Ensures guest service speed and compliance with QSC standards; educates on efficiency metrics.
• Enforces EPL policies, safety, cash handling, and security procedures; escalates issues as needed.
• Oversees training and onboarding with Operations Services; participates in hiring and I-9 verifications.
• Manages cash audits, P&L analysis, vendor orders, inventory and reporting; supports catering and local marketing.
