Job summary

Team Lyders, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one location within brand standards. You will coach and mentor a dynamic team, control labor and inventory costs, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop talent, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize profits while sustaining high food quality, service, and cleanliness. A 50-hour workweek is typical, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability and recruit/train top-tier talent.
• Mentor and coach team members to sustain high performance.
• Oversee daily operations including labor scheduling, inventory, and health/safety standards.
• Resolve customer issues and drive excellent guest experiences.
• Manage Profit & Loss through cash control and cost optimization.
• Maintain facilities to brand standards and execute annual operating plans.
