You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and labor costs while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, team development, and a commitment to guest satisfaction, with opportunities for career advancement within the largest Hardee’s franchise

Competenze

• Must lead, recognize, and train successful talent with 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong conflict-resolution and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to handle guest flow and maintain service levels.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and maximize profitability.
• Train and develop management and crew using current training systems.
