You will manage P&L, schedules, and brand standards while championing Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. The role also involves budgeting, staff development, and embracing KF Foundation programs to support scholarships and community initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in restaurant or retail management.
• Proven ability to improve performance via P&L analysis.
• Strong skills with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs.
• Champions Equity, Inclusion and Belonging in practice.
• Experience recruiting and developing teams.
• Adaptable to change and supports change management.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Supervisors, ensuring a strong, well-prepared team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan, mentoring Assistant Managers and Supervisors and overseeing training execution.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance, fostering equity and belonging.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach on KF standards, and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising guest experience.
• Stay informed about competitors and aim to exceed standards in digital presence and loyalty programs.
