Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Good references and background check clearance.
• Able to work all shifts and weekends; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team to drive sales growth.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train management and crew; evaluate performance and improve skills.
• Maintain product quality, service standards, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted; lead meetings as needed.
• Ensure cash procedures, inventory, and records comply with policy.
