Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our Pensacola location. You will oversee regulatory compliance, guest service, cleanliness, and the overall safety and performance of the restaurant.

You will drive profitability by controlling food costs, labor, and utilities while guiding a motivated team to meet company standards and growth objectives. You will implement company initiatives, work with local marketing, and maintain strong community relations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state, and federal regulations including health, wage, age, and safety rules.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service and maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Oversee profitability by managing food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth within guidelines.
• Coordinate and implement current operations plans and company initiatives promptly and profitably.
• Ensure proper staffing of the restaurant with well-trained personnel and ongoing development for leaders.
• Participate in local marketing and community relations to support sales growth.
• Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner and communicate issues to the Owner.
• Maintain equipment and report problems promptly to the Owner.
