• Ensure compliance with health, labor, and safety regulations.
• Foster a cheerful, professional work environment and culture.
• Represent Firehouse Subs in local outreach and Public Safety Foundation programs.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of store equipment.
• Communicate effectively with District Manager and HQ teams.
