The role includes P&L responsibility, budgeting, scheduling, and leading product rollouts while upholding Taco Bell culture. Expect a 48-hour week, with base pay plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant or retail management with a proven track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Experience with digital tools and platforms; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and deliver top products and service.
• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop training plans and mentor Assistant Managers and Trainers.
• Recognize and reward outstanding Team Member performance regularly.
• Address and resolve conflicts promptly, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers and swiftly resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising service.
• Adhere to corporate policies and uphold Health & Safety standards.
