Great Lakes Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable operations. You will recruit, train, and coach a capable staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will manage scheduling, budget adherence, and P&L performance, with a focus on development, culture, and operational excellence. A 48-hour week with strong advancement opportunities awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• 1+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall restaurant operations while delivering top-quality products and service.
• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads, building a strong, prepared team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Trainers.
• Strategically schedule staff to optimize customer service and lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising guest experience.
• Engage with customers to swiftly resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
