Great Lakes Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, recruit and train a high-performing team, and drive profitability. You will mentor managers, engage with customers, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written and interpersonal.
• Experience in recruiting and training top talent and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations and deliver top-quality products and service.
• Recruit, onboard, and orient Team Members and Shift Leaders; develop capable teams.
• Develop and execute training plans; mentor Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders.
• Recognize and reward top performers; address conflicts promptly to maintain morale.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure positive experiences.
• Schedule staff to optimize service and lead rollout meetings for new initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and manage the budget to maximize profitability.
• Support change initiatives and uphold company policies and food safety standards.
