Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to oversee the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant and to lead a high-performing team. You’ll ensure guest satisfaction, enforce company policies, control costs, and drive growth while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

The GM will manage staffing, training, and daily operations, partnering with the owner to achieve profitability and growth in a fast-casual setting. Weekend and some night availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Strong customer service focus and leadership abilities.
• Experience controlling food and labor costs and running a profitable operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team to meet standards of service, quality and cleanliness.
• Drive profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate with Owner on staffing and training to deliver top performance.
• Participate in local marketing and community engagement.
