Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Able to hire, train and motivate a high performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability.
• Positive attitude and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage and age requirements, ADA, OSHA.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Lead the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness while maintaining a cheerful work environment.
• Drive profitability by controlling food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives.
