Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability at a single restaurant. You will lead the management team, ensure financial controls, and develop people while maintaining high service standards across all shifts.

The role requires 2 years of college preferred, 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, and flexibility for long or irregular shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others\' work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts, as needed.
• Directly manage Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
