Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the restaurant, hire and develop a strong team, and ensure outstanding customer hospitality. You’ll schedule, train, and manage performance while overseeing budgets and financial plans to drive success.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a 50-hour work week, and strong leadership and communication skills to build a winning team and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead the team to provide great food and friendly service.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct orientations and training plans.
• Schedule staff, manage performance issues, and handle customer issues.
