Job summary
Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and hospitality. You’ll hire and develop staff, conduct orientation and training, and ensure proper scheduling, performance management and customer issue resolution.
Strong leadership and a positive attitude are essential. You’ll also be responsible for managing the restaurant budget and financial plans while driving overall performance and guest
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to build a high-performing team.
- Ability to schedule, train and develop staff and resolve issues.
- Comfort with basic business math and budgeting for a restaurant.
