Taco Bell Orange is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant within Taco Bell procedures. You will oversee service quality, training, scheduling, cost control and customer relations to ensure high standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv Safe certification required.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and handle customer concerns.
• Lead meetings with team to plan, train, and review policies.
• Develop and maintain sales through local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, labor, and inventory to maximize profits.
• Schedule labor following approved guidelines and adjust for volume.
• Manage cash handling and deposits; maintain accuracy.
