Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant following Taco Bell standards. The role focuses on cost control, customer service, and employee development to drive sales and maximize profits.

Key duties include training staff, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and maintaining health and safety compliance. A minimum of two years in supervision and Serv Safe certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; University degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 or older and Serv Safe certified.
• Strong communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and computer skills; proficient in P&L awareness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train the team, coaching for courtesy and complaint handling.
• Lead meetings with the management team to plan and review procedures and policies.
• Develop and maintain sales while managing costs and local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, inventory and profitability; take corrective action as needed.
• Prepare, post, and adjust labor schedules; manage payroll and attendance tracking.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and deposits are made daily.
• Maintain safety and health standards; uphold Taco Bell image and cleanliness.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee records in compliance with law.
