Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and possess 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic math and accounting skills; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy staff; manage customer issues and support budget and financial plans.
