Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations of a single restaurant, focusing on profitability, guest experience, people development and operations.

As RGM, you will manage P&L, drive sales, recruit and coach team members, schedule staff, ensure compliance, and uphold brand standards. This role reports to the District Manager and guides a team of 20-45.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work long/irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the restaurant P&L and profitability targets.
• Review key P&L lines and act to increase profitability.
• Drive sales through guest service, people development and operations.
• Recruit, select and onboard restaurant team members.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members and supervisors.
• Manage labor and scheduling to align with staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, laws and BK policies.
• Uphold brand standards and support smooth daily operations.
