Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management or supervision experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team.
• Willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products by building a system of quality with team members and ensure customer orders are met accurately.
• Recruit and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales against budget with proactive customer service and local marketing to grow restaurant presence.
• Control food and labor costs within budget using the PROFIT System and manage inventory to meet demand.
