Papa John's is seeking an General Manager to lead all aspects of store operations, from people and product to financials and culture. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, set service standards, manage budgets, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining Papa John’s standards across the store.

Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, scheduling, cost controls, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment with strong promotional execution.

Formación

• Minimum of two years in restaurant management or supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe or local/state food service certification required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance evaluations and scheduling.
• Manage budgets, control food and labor costs, monitor sales targets.
• Set and uphold service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalations.
