Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED; some college preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach employees; conduct meetings and review procedures.
• Develop sales and employ local store marketing strategies.
• Monitor costs, labor, and inventory; analyze P&L and take corrective action.
• Manage labor schedules and payroll; ensure cash handling procedures.
• Maintain health and safety standards; ensure restaurant cleanliness and image.
• Posters, documentation, and compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Coordinate with District Manager and support staff as needed.
