Job summary

Burger King is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations of a local BK restaurant. You will oversee staff, budgets, and operations, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

You’ll develop strategy, lead a high-performing team, and foster a positive, productive culture. The role emphasizes operational excellence, people development, and strong decision-making to grow the business while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of General Management experience in QSR is required.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Availability to work opening hours including Sundays, evenings and weekends (at least 2 Sundays, two mid-shifts, and one closing shift per month).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development, and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
