Wahlburgers is seeking a General Manager in Bloomington to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, high-quality food, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. The GM will drive financial performance, manage a diverse staff, and collaborate with the Operations Leadership Team and Restaurant Support Center to execute company policies and strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience and leadership in a high-volume concept.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with excellent communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• TIPs certification or willingness to complete certification upon hire.
• ServSafe certified.
• Ability to drive revenue through off-premises channels (online ordering, catering, to-go).

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health codes.
• Oversee inventory purchasing, receiving, and storing in compliance with company standards.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
• Maintain buildings, equipment, furniture, and fixtures in good condition.
• Oversee labor, cost of goods, and overall budget; monitor sales and profitability.
• Prepare regular reports on financial performance for leadership teams.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise FOH and BOH staff; schedule to meet labor budgets.
• Provide coaching and development to staff; uphold company policies and values.
• Respond to guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction; manage conflict resolution.
