• Valid driver's license to travel between units.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff planning, staffing levels and scheduling to build sales and maintain coverage.
• Oversee HR functions, compliance with laws, company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback, coaching and development plans for managers and staff.
• Drive sales goals, control costs and reconcile P&L with the management team.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
