Job summary

Wahlburgers in Bloomington, MN seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensure top‑notch guest service, and drive financial performance. You’ll oversee staff, food quality, compliance, and guest satisfaction while aligning with company policies and brand standards.

The GM reports to the Operations Manager and partners with the Leadership Team to implement strategies, optimize labor and costs, and foster a productive, welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GM or senior management in full-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proven guest-service and problem-resolution abilities.
• Experience with POS and restaurant tech platforms.
• TIPs and ServSafe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service excellence.
• Manage labor, costs, and budget to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor FOH and BOH staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and events.
• Prepare financial reports for leadership.
