You will collaborate with chefs on menu updates, promotions, and community outreach, while maintaining health and safety standards and a strong focus on profitability. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and create a culture of excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong focus on providing a high-quality dining experience and excellent customer service.
• Ability to think quickly and address daily operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
