As the General Manager of Black Bear Diner, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operations, ensuring that we deliver top-notch service and quality food to our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Manage daily operations, ensuring that the diner maintains high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire a team of associates to deliver exceptional dining experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
