LV Petroleum is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead Black Bear Diner operations. This role oversees daily restaurant functions, ensures top-tier service, quality food, and a welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of management in a full-service setting, strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to quality. You will manage budgets, mentor staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining health and safety standards.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or diner environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and create a culture of excellence.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong focus on providing a high-quality dining experience and excellent customer service.
• Ability to think quickly and address daily operational challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
