Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and lead both front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, monitor performance, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive inventory control and operational standards to achieve company goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
• Restaurant experience is required
• Manager Food Handler Certification required

• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance with HR.
• Set job expectations and monitor performance; manage compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational and HR issues.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve food preparation issues and handle customer service concerns.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and comply with health and legal regulations.
• Own new responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value.
