Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop people, and drive guest satisfaction, cost control, and sales growth. You will hire, train, and develop Team Members and model the Wingstop Way culture—hard work, fun, and dedication to brand success.

As GM, you will recruit and train staff, coach performance with HR, manage inventory, ensure sanitation, and maintain safe operations while delivering a flavorful guest experience and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and fluent in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory.
• General Manager Training program completion and ServSafe Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in collaboration with HR.
• Set clear job expectations and monitor performance including compensation actions.
• Communicate with District Manager on operational and HR issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Manage inventory and maintain records.
• Resolve food prep issues and handle customer service situations to foster loyal guests.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and comply with health regulations.
• Own responsibilities and seek value-added opportunities.
