Responsibilities

• Oversees opening and closing procedures, restaurant setup, food preparation, and cleaning processes.
• Optimizes labor and scheduling to meet sales volume and labor hour targets.
• Provides hands-on support with coverage for breaks when necessary.
• Maintains guest service speed and operational efficiency to achieve company goals.
• Schedules workforce according to sales projections and labor hour guidelines.
• Oversees hiring from interviews to orientations ensuring staffing requirements are met compliantly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
